Shipping:

Where do we ship?

We ship to all countries within the European Union. To ensure affordable shipping, we’ve partnered with budget-friendly delivery providers. During checkout, you can choose which provider you’d like us to use for your order. For light items (e.g., stickers), you also have the option to select letter mail, but please note that this method cannot be tracked.

How long does shipping take?

We ship from Germany and usually package all daily orders in the evening (after the kids - hopefully - are asleep). Your order will be sent out the morning of the next business day. Shipping within Germany typically takes 1–3 business days, while shipping to other countries may take 3–7 business days.

I live outside the EU. Can I still place an order?

Returns:

How can I return my order?

You can return your order - or parts of it - within 30 days. The items must be unused and, if possible, still in their original packaging. We’ll refund the amount for the returned items to your original payment method.

Who covers the cost of return shipping?

You’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping. You can decide how and with which provider you’d like to send the products back to us. Please send your returns to:

How long does it take to process a return?

As soon as we receive the items and they are in good condition, we will promptly refund your money to your original payment method. This process should take no longer than one business day. However, please note that the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method.

About the Shop:

When was this shop established?

Officially, the shop has existed since January 1, 2025. However, we were a bit hesitant and only launched it publicly on January 4, 2025.

Who runs this shop?

Great question! It’s mostly me (Nuria) and my husband (Philipp) - he handles all the IT stuff while I manage customer relationships with the wonderful people who trust me to showcase their creations and products. I also designed some of the stickers myself, hoping to bring you joy and make your planner a little more beautiful. 😊

We run the shop alongside our “regular” jobs, with amazing social media support from my sister-in-law, Sandra - feel free to send her some love on Instagram!
